Mas Parés

Mas Parés is an old 14th century Masia, a traditional Catalan country house, that gives name to a range of duck and goose products. This Masia has been in the hands of the family of Fernando de Vilallonga for sixteen generations.

His deep respect and love for the estate led him to build the famous foie gras manufacturing facilities there and to choose Mas Parés as the brand name.

Fernando de Vilallonga created the company "Mas Parés" in 1980, which manufactured products derived from duck and goose (Foie Gras). This firm has become, 41 years later, the most awarded company within the sector in Europe for its innovation and quality.
